Overview
Vosoro Nutrition (“Vosoro”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Denization LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of vosoro.co and to every purchase you make from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who can buy
To place an order you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms for you. You agree that the information you give us is true and current.
Health information, not medical advice
Vosoro makes dietary supplements. Everything on this site is general information about our products and is not medical advice. It does not replace a conversation with your doctor or pharmacist.
- Talk to your doctor before using any supplement if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
- Our multivitamin contains vitamin K. If you take a blood thinner, talk to your doctor first.
- Don’t take more than the serving shown on the label.
- Keep out of reach of children.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Products and prices
We work to show our products, ingredients and prices accurately. Colours and labels on screen can differ slightly from the bottle you receive. Prices and products can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or stop selling any product at any time.
If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we’ll contact you before your order ships. You can then confirm the order at the correct details or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, reselling, or an error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full. You agree to give us current and complete payment and shipping details. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
No subscription
Every order is a single purchase. We don’t charge you again unless you place a new order yourself.
Shipping
We ship to the address you give at checkout, with tracking. Delivery times shown are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier, but if tracking shows it lost or it arrives damaged, our Refund Policy covers you.
Refunds
Every first order is covered by our 90 day guarantee. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Reviews and messages you send us
If you send us a review, a photo, or any other submission, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use, reproduce and publish it, with your first name and details you chose to share, on our site, in emails and in advertising, without payment. We read every review before it goes up and may decline to publish any submission. We never publish a review that isn’t real.
Our content
The Vosoro name, logo, label designs, text, images and the rest of this site belong to Denization LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our content or designs without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or harvest data from it, to impersonate anyone, or to submit false reviews or information.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to sites we don’t run, such as the research sources we cite. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
We provide the site and our products “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties that are not stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Results from any supplement differ from person to person, and we don’t promise any particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Denization LLC and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to cover Denization LLC for any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The Terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
